Field Practices

Team Practice at San Juan Sports Park

13u/14u:  Wednesdays, 5pm to 7pm

15u-18u:  Wednesdays, 7pm to 9pm

  • Live BP, Fielding reps
  • Small groups, plenty of repetitions
  • Mandatory Team Workouts

Individual/Small group workouts at San Juan Sports Park

Tuesdays, 1PM-4PM: First small group practice starts at 1PM and the last one will end at 4PM.

Thursdays, 10AM-4PM:First small group practice starts at 10am and the last one will end at 4PM

Fridays, 1PM-4PM:  First small group starts at 1pm and the last one will end at 4PM.

  • 5-6 players only per group
  • 60-75 min per group
  • Fielding and hitting work
  • Groups made according to age

Advanced Hitting Training

Advanced hitting groups work in no more than 5 students per group for 60 to 90 minutes each session.  ajuarezbat copy

  • 200 focused disciplined swings each workout.
  • Soft toss, front toss and live pitching each session.
  • Maximizes power and bat speed.
  • Guaranteed to better your swing.

Sessions held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at OCX.  Ages 12-18+

Classes: $125/mo for unlimited sessions.

Baseball Skills Class

Baseball skills class is a high-energy 60 minute session with plenty of hitting and fielding reps.skills gbs

  • 30-40 minutes of supervised hitting groups with live pitching, soft toss and tee stations.
  • 20-30 minutes of fielding groups for ground balls, throwing techniques and catching practice.
  • Home Run Derby and Fielding Competitions each class!
  • Speed and Agility training

Classes held Monday through Friday 3pm, 4pm, 5pm

Unlimited classes:  $150/mo

Advanced Pitching Training

The Advanced Pitching program focuses on all aspects of pitching developement. 

  • Mechanics
  • Rhythm and Timing
  • Tightening your off-speed pitches and learning new pitches.
  • Sequencing your pitches
  • Managing the running game
  • Strength training of the arm and body
  • Mentoring on proper nutrition

Using advanced overload and plyometric training, we power train the arm and body to levels of strength and endurance.  Pitchers receive custom strength training for both arm and body that bulletproofs a pitcher's arm from injury and teach new effective methods to getting hitter's out.  Call for weekly training group and private training times.
